Meri is an AI-powered government service procedure assistant that helps citizens navigate complex bureaucratic processes with ease. It provides clear explanations, lists of required documents, and step-by-step procedural guides — all in the user's own language. Supporting multiple Ethiopian languages including Amharic, Oromo, and Tigrinya, Meri uses predefined procedural data enriched by powerful AI API models to deliver accurate, context-aware guidance. The platform bridges the information gap between government services and citizens.
